Yard Sign Pricing

Our affordable, full-service yard greetings are $95.00+ 8.25% Tax. We service The Woodlands, TX and surrounding areas, including Spring, Magnolia, and Conroe, TX. Our yard signs are rented for approximately 24 hours.

Rental and Reservation Policies

1. Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date.
2. You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.
3. For the safety of everyone and children, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the yard greeting signs. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.
4. Do not remove or harm the yard signs.
5. Please do not throw lawn display items into trash cans or vandalize our yard signs. Even if you do not like the display gift given to you, these items are our property. It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the yard signs, as you are still responsible for it.
6. Please protect our yard signs from animals, lawn mowers, weed eaters and any other damaging equipment
7. Do not attach balloons to the yard bling signs, as damage may occur.
8. If you have a yard company coming, please arrange for them to come before we set up.
9. We ask you to please NOT pull the yard signs from the ground.
10. Bling My Yard and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any yard sign rental.
11. Bling My Yard and all representatives are not liable or responsible for any injury of a person caused by our Yard Bling while it is on customer property.
12. Bling My Yard and all representatives are not liable or responsible for any fee’s or fines that a client or business may acquire for yard signs being placed in or around property. We also reserve the right to bill the client for any fee’s or fines Bling My Yard and all representatives may acquire from the County Commissioner, HOAs or other parties due to placement of yard signs in or around your property. All possible fines are the sole responsibility of the client.

Refund Policy

1. No refunds will be given for cancellation of order.
2. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our yard greeting lawn display in harm’s way. If this occurs a makeup date will be given.
3. No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.
4. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the yard greeting lawn bling.
5. No refunds will be given if unable to access a gated community.
6. No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display out of our control.
